Student Support Services
The Manager Administration, Director Academic, Student Contact Officer, teaching staff, and administrative staff of the ICT are available to provide general advice and assistance with matters such as studying, homework, accommodation, English language proficiency, social inclusion, part time job and counselling etc. Students requiring special or intensive assistance must contact Director Academic or the Student Contact Officer who may be able to help them or refer them to external support services if required. The ICT will not charge for support services it supplies for referring students to external support services. Students will have to pay any fees charged by external support services that they use.
